CDM and Risk Management

Our CDM team provides a range of services to promote the effective risk management of construction projects and estate portfolios.

In addition to the role of CDM Coordinator for building work, our multidisciplinary team also helps facilities managers to manage fire risk, resolve disabled access issues and monitor the condition of building fabric and services. Our overarching objective is to ensure legal compliance whilst adding value to project and facilities management functions.
