Technology Centre apprentices pass exams

George Crossey and James Palermo, the Technology Centre’s first apprentices, have successfully completed their college courses gaining a BTECH in Construction Management and NVQ level 3 in Construction Contracting Operations.

Both George and James are now looking to continue their training and will be starting HNC’s in the next academic year.

Russell Matthews, the Technology Centre’s Director, praised the commitment of the apprentices and congratulated them on passing their exams.

Russell Matthews said “we believe in engaging with the Bedfordshire colleges and giving local people the opportunity of apprenticeships  to develop a technical career” and confirmed that the Technology Centre will be taking on a further two apprentices this year.
